This key was a donation . It was in very bad condition as you can see from the picture. Missing parts and very rusty. The jewel was missing and was replaced with the tip of a small red LED. This was cut and shaped using a Dremel tool. The missing thumb piece was from a small inventory of parts that I happened to have on hand. At first, I was going to sand blast the base and paint it but decided to craft a piece of thin stainless for the top. This turned out to be a good decision as once it was drilled and installed, created a very nice working key.
